“I called Terry’s on a Thursday and asked if she was still doing normal pre covid catering, she said they were doing meals for 4 to 6 people, I explained to her my family’s situation that we had lost my niece unexpectedly and we’re having a small memorial and needed food for Saturday she was kind enough to agree to do that for us. “They catered the St. Jude’s car show and transportation fair in the spring and the food was great. I was helping to run the event. It was the first time we didn’t have volunteers making burgers and it was such a great change of pace. I had time to sample the meatball subs with homemade sauce and a breakfast sandwich. “In case anyone was wondering about the Pulled Pork that was on the menu- if you were the slightest bit reluctant to order it I’m here to tell you it was FANTASTIC! The pulled pork was meaty, plentiful, had superb flavor and was not fatty or greasy in the least!

The Honey Roasted Sweet Potatoes were creamy and delicious without being cloyingly over sweet and the Coleslaw was some of the best I ever ate! We will DEFINITELY order this again when it appears on the menu! Well done, Terry!”
